Legislative Forum

An important goal of the Parent Coalition is to provide the connections and resources for families to make their voices heard with their elected officials. The Arc’s Annual Legislative Forum provides a relaxed environment for people to meet their legislators and communicate their experiences in a meaningful way.
The first hour is an informational forum and guided discussion. The second hour provides an opportunity to meet with our legislators virtually, hear what they are doing to support those with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and to communicate our experiences in a meaningful way.
