SOOTHING YOGA

Enjoy this soothing body experience to enhance your ability to relax and focus.

Instructor Michal Retter, certified by Yogafit Teacher Trainings Worldwide, teaches Yoga in Bellingham, WA. Her classes and workshops are unique in the industry.

Providing a variety of different styles, Michal teaches Kundalini Yoga and meditation, Pranayama breathing, Power Yoga, Yin Yoga, Viniyoga, Ashtanga and traditional Yoga.

POTTERY CREATIONS

Make your own beautiful art design in clay.

Instructor Hilde Schaaf with a long career as a potter, enjoys teaching her craft and welcomes beginners.

Your clay creation will be produced in the first session.
The second session your lovely fired clay work will be returned for you to paint.
